Timer Source Code

Delphi 4 source code for atiming program. Created to help when taking on-line tests. Kind of like anelectronic alarm clock. Timer has a progress bar and digital display thatshows as the minutes/seconds count down. When the time is up, a WAV filecalled FINISH.WAV is played and a splash screen is displayed.
